EMDR Treatment will follow a structured 8-phase protocol, focused on the client’s safety, stabilization, and healing. Clients can expect to work on processing their trauma in a safe, understanding, and therapeutic environment. Sessions will be conducted on a weekly or biweekly basis. EMDR sessions can be up to 90 minutes in length depending on necessity.

Brainspotting (BSP)

Brainspotting (BSP) is a highly individualized therapy, and the therapist follows the client’s lead, meeting you exactly where you are at. There is minimal preparation work for this highly effective treatment. Clients can expect to process their trauma in a safe, understanding, and therapeutic environment. Sessions will be conducted on a weekly or biweekly basis. BSP sessions can be up to 90 minutes in length depending on necessity.

Gottman Couple’s Therapy

Relationships are hard. The Gottman-approach to psychotherapy aims to assist couples in creating a deeper understanding of one another beyond the nature of surface-level conflict and perpetual problems within the relationship. A series of interventions are used to foster connection, friendship, and promote a culture of appreciation and fondness within the relationship. Couples will leave session with tangible tools and interventions to be practiced between meetings.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

KAP is a safe, holistic, and effective approach to healing that incorporates both traditional psychotherapy and the use of Ketamine to promote healing through increasing neuroplasticity (creating new neural networks within the brain to facilitate long-term change). Ketamine has rapidly acting antidepressant and mood-enhancing effects which can begin to take effect within 1-2 hours following treatment and last up to two weeks. Ketamine works on specific receptors within the brain which are thought to help form new synaptic connections and boost neural circuits that regulate stress and mood, resulting in long term healing. KAP has been shown to be effective for a variety of symptoms and disorders, including but not limited to, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD/trauma, bipolar disorder, OCD, and addiction.

Initial Intake Session

Initial Intake Sessions consist of a full biopsychosocial assessment, where clients provide necessary information for successful psychotherapy treatment. During this time, clients will have a chance to inquire about any questions or concerns they may have about beginning treatment, as well as get to know their clinician and her expertise.

Individual Therapy

Individual psychotherapy is conducted on a weekly or biweekly basis depending on the client’s current needs. Conducted sessions will focus on assisting clients in their healing journey by focusing on current limitations impacting functioning such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and more. Therapy will focus on modifying patterns, beliefs, and coping mechanisms to assist in fostering a fulfilling and satisfying life.
