Therapeutic Modalities:

Jaclyn utilizes an array of therapeutic modalities while conducting therapy, including Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman Couple’s Therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and utilizes mindfulness-based techniques and interventions.

As an extension of her education, Jaclyn has put in hours of post-graduate training to become a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and conducts therapy sessions through a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens, creating a safe environment for clients to foster growth and promote healing.

Healing means getting comfortable with our discomfort. A mantra I routinely use with my clients is: “If I continue to do what i’ve always done, i’m going to continue to get what i’ve always gotten.” In order to heal, we must change the way we respond to suffering. Staying stuck means believing that the same thoughts, behaviors, and coping mechanisms that haven’t healed us prior will begin to heal us now.

Join me on a journey of growth and self-exploration. I look forward to helping you heal.
